Brittany O’Neil, Office of the Director, will update the attendees on significant regulatory and legislative changes impacting Florida’s workers’ compensation system including workers’ compensation bills filed during the 2022 legislative session. Pursuant to 440.13(12), Florida Statutes, the Three-Member Panel’s legislative and regulatory recommendations surrounding fee schedules, medical authorization, facility charges, and telehealth will be analyzed. Lastly, she will discuss other relevant administrative rule activity and various Division projects.
