Over the past decade, WCI has announced dynamic themes for our educational and health and safety conferences. The purpose of the themes is to tie together the various activities and experiences of the conferences, which results in one of the most well-attended, unique, informative, and exciting conferences in the nation. The conference’s educational offerings, keynote addresses, entertainment, exhibitors, and charitable giving opportunities all influence the selection of the conference theme.
WCI is pleased to announce the theme for the 77th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference and 34th Safety and Health Conference is “Get in the Game”. Andrew Sabolic, WCI’s Executive Director, shared “This theme reflects the action and energy of our volunteers in helping organize the conference and its sessions. It also shows the people in the workers’ compensation industry are not by-standers and they strive to improve the performance of their respective state systems. Also, with Hall-of-Fame basketball player Bill Walton as our Keynote Speaker, it is a perfect fit.”
2023 Exhibit Hall Theme Contest
For our exhibitors, “You know what this means, we are ready for you to bring all of your game ideas to life! The possibilities are endless. It can be sports games, arcade games, board games… you name it. We cannot wait to see everyone’s creative ideas come to life. Prizes will be awarded for creativity in utilizing the theme if you wish to participate.” said Lyndsey Palmer, WCI’s Sponsor and Exhibitor coordinator.
“The WCI conference is one that our team always looks forward to. The themes are engaging, and our staff has a lot of fun coming up with winning ideas for our booth. We are already getting our heads “in the game” to find concepts for this year’s theme that will be a “slam dunk” for all attendees. We can’t wait to see how other companies interpret the theme and bring their booths to life.” – ProCare
