This year’s WCI Prayer Breakfast will address the integration of faith in organizations involved with workers’ compensation. Resources for employ- ees, effective practices, and cutting edge diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs will be addressed, and will be connected to faith-based practices. In addition, these discussion topics will be viewed through the lens of faith-based principles and scripture and is being presented as a foundation to the creation of a National non-profit organization focusing on the resolution of issues, and business organizations utilizing a “faith- based” strategy for success.
