This year’s WCI Prayer Breakfast will address the integration of faith in organizations involved with workers’ compensation. Resources for employees, effective practices, and cutting edge diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs will be addressed, and will be connected to faith-based practices. In addition, these discussion topics will be viewed through the lens of faith-based principles and scripture and is being presented as a foundation to the creation of a National non-profit organization focusing on the resolution of issues, and business organizations utilizing a “faith- based” strategy for success.
