This presentation will discuss how not to hire your next workers compensation claim. It will cover using various physical medical evaluations during the post offer hiring stage of employment that can assist your organization in understanding the individual limitations and baseline conditions of new hires. In addition, for public sector employers, we will discuss establishing baseline physical conditions for first responders to protect against certain types of medical conditions. The presentation will discuss what is legally permitted and what pre/post assessments can either benefit an organization or get it in trouble.
