A panel of respected practitioners will explore various ethical concerns, responsibilities, and best practices for LHWCA and DBA claims. Topics of discussion will include the prompt investigation of claims as well as professional and legal duties of counsel to their respective clients, opposing parties and counsel, and the tribunal. The panel will also address conflicts of interest and establishing foundational practices designed to encourage professional and collegial administration of claims.
