This session will present a refresher on the guiding principles of DEIB with practical, day-to-day application of those principles while including all stakeholders in the process. It will discuss training and education of all employees, new and old, and how to address DEIB with new hires, while discussing the similarities and differences between on-site work and remote work. Finally, what actions can be taken to enhance DEIB?
