This interactive session will involve audience members as we delve into our respective organizations and share weaknesses and strengths in our return to work programs. How did you get into the industry? How do you select your vendors? How do you select your physicians? How do you train your managers on return to work and applying light duty restrictions? What does your organization have to alter to reach gold star status? AND, if money were no object, what would you do differently in your return to work program?
