This interactive session will focus upon holistic approaches to dealing with claims and how that translates into better outcomes for all stakeholders, especially enabling early return to work. Changing the narrative in our industry is central to better outcomes and our panel will examine and solicit from the audience tools/best practices to improve: empowerment of the injured worker, looking at claims holistically/taking into account social determinants of health, communication between all stakeholders, realistic expectations for treatment and RTW/accommodation, and taking into consideration diversity and education of all parties to promote work and job modifications.
