Andrew Sabolic, Assistant Director, will update the attendees on significant regulatory and legislative changes impacting Florida’s workers’ compensation system including SB 376 and HB 7009. Pursuant to 440.13(12), F.S., the Three-Member Panel’s legislative and regulatory recommendations surrounding fee schedules, medical authorization, facility charges, and telehealth will be analyzed. Lastly, he will discuss other relevant administrative rule activity and various Division projects.

How the Division is leveraging the electronic claims, medical, and policy data reported to the Division as required by statute (69L-7.730, F.A.C. and s. 440.185, F.S.) is the subject of this presentation.
