State workers’ compensation laws often provide limits on the types of drugs that may be used during the life of a workers’ compensation claim. By implementing these limits in the management of the claim, the claims adjuster and defense attorney can prevent excessive future pharmaceutical projections in both the non‐submitted and the submitted Medicare Set‐Aside. Join our speakers for a discussion of the best ways to manage pharmaceutical projections in the Medicare Set‐Aside through Evidence Based Medicine Treatment Guidelines.
