Exhibitor

The exhibit hall is always a popular part of the conference.

HOURS: Set up will be from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2017. The exhibit hall will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.  Tear down will be from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

BOOTH LOCATION: Exhibitors at the 2016 conference will be given first consideration over their same exhibit space or its closest equivalent on the floor plan if payment is received prior to March 1, 2017. After March 1, 2017, all booth spaces will be selected on a first come, first served basis beginning with the first company to reserve. 2016 Prime Sponsors must remain Prime Sponsors for 2017 to keep their Prime booth location in the exhibit hall. Because of this policy, it is not possible to select your location at the time you reserve. Your reservation will place you on the selection list and you will be contacted to select your location at a later date in the order in which your payment was received.

THEME: The conference is doing a “Then and Now” theme highlighting pictures from where this conference started when FWCI was formed 30 years ago to now. The exhibit hall will have a “then and now in the movies” theme, so really any movie will work! Prizes will be awarded to the top exhibitors for creativity in utilizing the theme if you wish to participate.

Prime Sponsorship

As a Prime Sponsor your company will receive an enormous amount of exposure and promotion. The cost of a Prime Sponsorship is $6,000. Prime Sponsors will receive the following:

  • Company logo on conference brochure distributed to thousands of people nationally, if received prior to print deadline

Beverage Break Sponsorship

Beverage breaks are held inside the exhibit hall, unless otherwise noted, at designated times listed in the program. Each beverage break will last approximately one hour. Beverage breaks are priced as follows: One break $600; Two breaks $1,000.

Beverage break sponsors will receive the following:

•One complimentary conference registration
•A sign posted at the break with company logo
•Name tags for break personnel
•Company information listed in the Exhibitor & Sponsor Roster (if received prior to July 10)
 


Column Wraps

No one can miss your advertisement on the big columns! Full-color column wraps are available to be placed on the columns in the marble walkway. You design it; we wrap it. 2015 column wrap participants have first priority over the same column if reserved prior to April 1. After April 1, column selection is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Prime Sponsor discounts are available.


Floor Sign

Watch your step! Full-color floor signs will be placed on the marble walkway, on the convention level between the escalators and the rotunda. Floor Signs are 3 ft. square, circle, star, oval or triangle. Advertise your booth, hospitality suite and more. Space selection is determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Prime Sponsor discounts available.


Charging Station Sponsorship

The conference will have several charging stations placed around the exhibit hall and convention level foyers for attendees to charge their cell phones, computers and electronic devices. Sponsor a station and have your company logo on all 4 sides or design a full-panel advertisement on all 4 sides.

Flutter Flag

New! WCI will produce your full-color design on a 15’ flutter flag to be placed on the hotel driveway and convention entrance for all attendees to see as they arrive at the conference. Your flag will be in place for the length of the conference for thousands to see as they come and go each day.


Advertisement in Program Booklet

Advertising in the program will be available on a first come, first served basis.  The conference program advertisements will be in two colors, Black & PMS 662 (Blue)  Inside front & back cover advertisements will be in full color.  The publication size is 8 3/8" x 10 7/8".

Full bleeds are acceptable.  The line screen is 150.  The following are the only acceptable formats for your ad:

The Conference-At-A-Glance is a printout of all the classes on a single page that is folded like a map and may be placed in a purse or pocket for ease of use. It is provided to each registered attendee and extras will be available at the conference desks. Full-color advertising is available in the Conference-At-A-Glance. Each ad will measure 5 1/2" X 4 1/4".

Golf Tournament Sponsorships

The WCI Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday with an 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. The tournament will be at Hawk's Landing Golf Club, located at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Approximately 100 players participate each year.

Monday Night Reception Sponsorships

Stations are available for sponsorship at the Monday Night Reception. Each sponsorship includes a sign with company logo posted at the sponsorship location and inclusion in the sponsor roster. Enhance your sponsorship by providing cups and napkins with your company logo.


Marble Column Advertising

Advertising is available on the marble columns in the arrival concourse, which is where conference registration takes place. Your ad will be placed and will adhere to the column in this high-visibility area for the duration of the conference.

Plasma TV Advertiser

42” and 50” plasma TVs on stands are available for advertising on the convention floor for the duration of the conference. The TVs may be vertical or horizontal, depending on your ad or logo design.  Placement will be first-come, first-served. For the shared plasma TV, your ad will run with other ads in a constant loop.


Exhibit Banner

Draw attention to your booth with an overhead exhibit banner. WCI will produce and hang a 4' X 8' full-color, double-sided, vertical banner, of your design, over your booth.


Exhibit Hall Aisle Sign

$500 each or 2 for $800

WCI will produce and hang full-color, vertical aisle signs in the exhibit hall. Your logo and aisle number will be displayed on the double-sided sign. This is a great way to associate your company with the aisle where your booth is located.


WCI-TV Sponsorships

We will be producing WCI-TV again this year, and you can be a part of the action.   WCI-TV will feature daily video headlines that highlight the events at the conference.  By investing in a commercial or advertorial, your message will be delivered to conference attendees, as well as, WCI’s database, a targeted industry audience. Your company’s message will become part of the daily newscast and it will be distributed in the following ways:

Flash Drive Sponsorship

The Florida Reference Manual will be placed on a flash drive for all registered attendees along with the workers’ compensation statutes of all 50 states.  Your logo or design will be placed on the outside of the flash drive which will continue to be used throughout the year and perhaps indefinitely. Hotel Key Sponsorship

Your company logo/design will be placed on the hotel room keys given to all WCI attendees who are staying at the Marriott Orlando World Center and the Caribe Royale. Your full-color company logo/design will be placed on the front side of the key. Approximately 7,500 keys will be printed and handed out over the length of the conference.
