2013 Conference rates are $250 and $280 after July 31st.
Registration for the conference can be accomplished by completing the registration form below or click here if paying by check. The cost of registration is $250.00 if the registration form is received by the Institute on or before July 31, 2013. After July 31st or at the conference site, the rate is $280. Registration entitles each participant to the workers’ compensation statutes of all states, provided on flash drive, (printed books of certain states available for an additional fee), admission to the Monday night reception, briefcase and access to conference materials, a chance to win several major prizes in the exhibit area. Participants in designated safety breakouts will receive access to printed safety materials as noted in the program. Participants in other specialized programs such as the Multi-State and Mediation programs will receive access to printed materials as noted in the program. The deadline for refund of registration fee is August 7, 2013. No refunds will be provided after August 7, 2013. All refunds must be requested in writing, via email or fax. All who register prior to July 10, 2013 will have their names included in the conference roster distributed to all conference participants and will be included on this WCI website. Registration at the Conference is available on Sunday afternoon, August 18, 2013, at the Marriott. Avoid the lines on Monday morning by registering on Sunday, between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Please note on the form below - separate registration is required for the 10-Hour General Industry Safety Course, Professional Mediation Conference, and Return to Work Breakout. There is an additional form required for Golf Tournament Registration.)
