Space for auxiliary meetings, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, etc. is complimentary to conference exhibitors and sponsors. There will be a $1,500 room fee for non-exhibitors/sponsors. Unless otherwise advised by your group, meetings and functions will be posted on the Auxiliary Meetings List and television monitors throughout the host hotel.
